We provide a software platform that allows users to connect messaging channels (including Instagram and Telegram) and send, receive, and automate messages on those channels (the “Service”).

The Service acts only as a tool. Messages are sent on your behalf, not ours.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be legally allowed to use the connected platforms
• Have full rights and permissions to connect the accounts you link
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules

You are responsible for anyone using the Service through your account.

3. Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and terms of:

• Meta / Instagram
• Telegram
• Any other platform you connect

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

If your use of the Service risks platform violations, API access, or legal exposure, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately.

4. Automated Messaging

You acknowledge and agree:

• Messages may be sent automatically based on your configuration
• Automated messages may be delayed, blocked, duplicated, limited, or fail
• We do not guarantee message delivery or platform acceptance

You are fully responsible for all messages sent using the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all message content and data you provide.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

We do not review, monitor, or approve message content.

6. Data Storage

We store message content and related metadata while your channel remains connected to the Service.

When you disconnect a channel or close your account, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period, unless required to retain it by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, deceive, or defraud others
• Violate platform rules or applicable laws
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to bypass platform limits or safeguards

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Service Changes and Availability

The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Introduce limits
• Temporarily suspend the Service

We provide no service level guarantees.

9. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge.

We may introduce paid plans in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and governed by updated terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use risks legal, platform, or operational harm
• Required by law or platform providers

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, account bans, or platform enforcement actions
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or zero if free)

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Messages sent through your account
• Violations of laws or platform rules

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
